I was looking at a parking pass in the NEW Seatgeek app on my phone but the $56 price was a complete ripoff so I went to the Mets website and purchased a pass directly from them using my PC. Later that evening I checked my email and was shocked to see an email from SeatGeek confirming my purchase of a parking pass! Not sure what the heck happened but I DID NOT authorize this purchase. I emailed customer service and an agent by the name of JARVEY told me he could issue me a $55 promo code once I agreed to not use/resell the tickets in an email which I did. And THAT is where ALL communication ended. I HAD been fully willing to accept a promo-code instead of a refund but at this point I've had it and will be leaving the disputed charge in place. This isn't the first problem I've had with SeatGeek but it WILL be the last! They will never see another dime of my hard-earned money and I was stupid to give them another chance!!!! Again DO NOT buy anything from these folks ... the slightest problem and you'll be out in the cold unable to actually reach anyone competent that can help.
