We purchased 5 Monster Jam tickets last year. Then COVID happened and the event was cancelled. They are refusing to refund me stating that I did not notify them within 7 days of the cancelled event when I have PROOF that I not only emailed but made multiple calls. I know I must not be the only one out there with this issue. This is ridiculous. TICKETOFFICES took the money out of my bank account and should reimburse me!!!!!!
