I purchased 2 tickets to a bruno mars concert. The tickets were invalid when I tried to enter the concert. United center were able to confirm that someone else had already scanned the tickets and I ended up purchasing another 2 tickets from the venue. When I contacted FanXchange they said they would investigate in 7 days. Instead it took them 16 days only to say that they will not refund it because the ticket “should of been valid” with no re-course.
