A family purchased 5 tickets for a Cardinals game. This game was of many on the itinerary of a family going to celebrate the graduation of their Son, Father, Husband while in Chicago for the week. The day they were to leave for Chicago this family was busy with final preparations. The new Graduate was driving to his fathers house and was involved in a horrific accident which cost him his life. The trip was canceled and most businesses the Cubs, Enterprise Rental car, the hotel all canceled the reservations with hours notice and refunded every penny with deepest condolences. Fanxchange would not refund even a small portion of the cost...they were rude and unsympathetic to this family and their tragic loss. Their company police states “we are focused on total customer satisfaction in every aspect of our business, we put the customer first...” this is false and I have the chat conversation to prove they do not practice these values. Their focus is profit not customer. Will be happy to provide the conversation to validate my claims. We called their office 2 desperate days...the offered the family to sell the tickets to get their money back. Yea, they were overwhelmed with planning a funeral for their son to give a crap about selling tickets. The know the values this company has and so will this man’s widow and his 5 year old son.
