They processed tickets for the wrong purchase date. Refused the exchange. I was purchasing through SeatGeek with a friend, we both know that we asked for Saturday's date and yet they processed for Friday's date. I called immediately to exchange for the correct date. They had no interest in working with me. I received tickets hours later from a 3rd party that i did not accept. They were from someone with Ticketmaster tickets. I just wanted a ticket exchange for another night which they knew. Now, i am very angry and just want my money back.
