What a scam! Bought tickets for myself and sister to go to a concert (through SeatGeek) on April 24. Got great price & received tickets promptly, printed them out, and began to get excited about surprising my sister with a night out. The concert was originally scheduled for a Saturday night (May 5), but was postponed (to a Tuesday, May 22) due to the singer being sick. Bummer, but ok, we were still planning on going (although no longer a surprise because I had invited her 2 days before the originally scheduled concert). We were both excited! That is, until I got a call yesterday from FanXChange telling me that my tickets were not going to be good for the rescheduled date and they are giving me a full refund, even though according to the venue's website, "All purchased tickets will be honored for the new date". They told me I would have to purchase new tickets. And, of course, the ticket prices now are nowhere close to what I originally paid! So, they are telling me that they are refunding me for my good deal and making me pay more for tickets that according to the venue will be honored. This tells me they are running a shady/illegal business scamming people. From the other reviews I am just now reading it sounds like this thing happens frequently with this "company" and I plan on pursuing further action in hopes to get them shut down.
