Paid for two tickets to NY Comedy Festival at MSG on 11/11/17. CC charge was taken on 08/26/17 after which I was advised that tickets would be released on 11/09 by email. Made a follow up call to vendor on 10/20/17 at which time I was advised that the "tickets" mysteriously became unavailable and my purchase price would be credited. They had no response when I asked "when were you going to contact me with this information". My advice, never do business with this totally unreliable agency. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about your show plans being ruined.
