I have tried contacting the company non stop for the last two days trying to get an answer of why my tickets aren't accessible to be claimed. Generic response through email or being on hold for hours with nobody answering my questions. Yes I received the email (even had the email resent) of the transfered tickets but that is null and void if I can't claim the tickets. Error An error occurred while processing your request. Our technical staff has been notified and will work quickly to resolve this problem. Please try again shortly. That is the response I got every single time I tried to claim my tickets. I also have screenshots and documents to prove that. I cleared the cache, tried on multiple mobile and home devices and got nothing. I've never had any issues like this with tickets in my entire life. Ticketmaster sends you tickets and you have them. Plain and simple. Order Total: $1,458.15 I am expecting my full refund back ASAP. I own a concrete business that keeps a hefty retainer with our attorneys. If my $1458.15 isn't returned ASAP I will be seeking the amount fully paid to you, $1,277.31 for the hotel stay for the event, and pain and suffering for whatever my legal council deems acceptable. I am not accepting a generic response when I tried numerous times and got zero response. I am expecting my money back or I will fight this to the very end. This was my wife's mothers day gift and we will not just simply donate $1,458.15 to your company
