They are reselling purchase tickets! They are a scam! Do NOT do business with them! We bought two sets of tickets for my daughters 10th birthday for Hamilton at the Orpheum theater. Because the seats were not all together, we planned to have one adult with each child. When checking in for the show, the seats were already taken /. scanned in- meaning that someone had also purchased two of our seats, and entered the show before us! One set of seats was around $550, and the other around $250. I don't know why, but because they were in the same row we went with it. But when we were not able to get into the venue with two of the tickets, none of us went because we could not separate our group. We emailed big stub and received an immediate positive response. But then nothing after, even though we have tried to contact them repeatedly via phone and email. We are out around $800 dollars!! Didnt see the show, lots over $800, messed up my daughters 10th birthday, Lots of travel and logistic BS
