I spoke to 2 people although I believe only one worked for Ticket network. That service was excellent. I am a Canadian citizen aged 71. I would been lost without her help. She was so friendly. I do not know if this is relevant, I spoke to a man from Select-A-Ticket he was also help and both explained clearly what to do next. The only sad part for me was Canada's poor rate of exchange making trip a little more expensive than I budgeted for. Over all a very good experience
