What a rip off!!! Ticket Monster can’t find my tickets now! I paid for a August 2020 concert which was “postponed “ because of Covid . The concert is finally rescheduled for August 2022 and now they can’t seem to find my tickets which I paid $284.00 on My Amex. When I call the customer no service I get put on hold numerous times and In total spent over 1 hour on the phone only to be told they would “ open a case” to investigate. That was 5 days ago. Still NOTHING! Give me my refund ! I have a copy of the email showing you took my money for the tickets, but no link from you to download my tickets or no tickets in the mail yet!
