Thought I was dealing with Ticket Master. It seems they were a pop-up when I went to seating for the venue. When I received tickets by e-mail (with someone else’s name on them), I immediately contacted. They refused to refund or send tickets in my name. I disputed but my credit card side with them because I ‘accepted’ their policy of no refunds. Long story short, ended up paying over $800 for Clapton tickets that originally were $350. Only positive is taught me a very expensive lesson...be very cautious of who you’re dealing with!
