We bought tickets for the World Series and paid about $3600 for 4 tix. Within the minute I paid they called me to verify my credit card information. They had me on the phone and confirmed they authorized my card. They said the tix would be sent to me shortly. Two days later I decided to go through my emails as they said they would and they sent an email saying my tickets were no longer available. Two days later the ticket prices had sky rocketed!!! If they had the ability to call within the minute of payment, why would they not have the ability to call right away and sell me similar tickets? This was they would still make a sale and I would not have been screwed. It was an absolute horrible experience as I have family flying into town just for the World Series Game, all to tell them we didn't have tickets and our only option is to pay double the price. Don't trust them as I will never be able to use them again
