Tickets purchased x 4 allocated seats a week before the performance for Heathers . Cancelled by the Box Office saying reason due to covid restrictions on numbers. No change in seating arrangements or government guidelines since booking made and show still going ahead. Why were tickets sold, this would have been known at point of sale as only purchased through this company the week before the performance and they confirmed booking within current restrictions. Now awaiting refund and daughter has no birthday present with wasted train tickets, . Poor service provision
