I purchased 10 tickets to the Black Crows concert in the Woodlands, TX. They were all together in the same row. The tickets finally came in. 6 were in row W, and 4 were in row T. I emailed and tried to call. They did not correct the mistake. The night of the concert, the box office said the 4 tickets in row T were no good. They said I had to call Goodseats to have them send me legit tickets. Goodseats never answers their phone. I asked the box office if anyone else had checked in to those seats, they said yes. The tickets I had in row T were sold at least twice. I have to buy 4 more tickets. I have tried emailing Goodseats and calling. They refuse to reply to my email or call me back. This has been the worse experience I have ever had purchasing tickets. I go to concerts several times a year. I would never use Goodseats again. I have filed a claim with the BBB. I have spent a lot of time trying to get the right tickets and now trying to get a refund for the fraudulent tickets I was sold. STAY AWAY FROM "GOOD"SEATSTICKETS
