What an awful experience. I emailed AND called them repeatedly when the tickets I purchased on their site didn't show up on the date they said they would (Saturday before the concert). The concert was Monday night at 8pm. I kept getting emails from them, even at MIDNIGHT on the night of the concert (yes, 4 hours AFTER the concert had started) that the tickets had been successfully transferred. They never were. Luckily, based on the previous 72 hours of communication I'd had with them, I was concerned I would never see the tickets I bought from Viagogo so I purchased from Ticketmaster. Each time I called, a different representative would tell me the exact same thing; "we have to contact the seller to find out why he hasn't transferred the tickets". Even when I called 4 hours before the concert started, they still repeated that same line. I ended up paying much more than I could have gotten a ticket for originally because it was the last minute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
