Bought tickets over 3 yrs ago. Show was canceled but they continued to list it as postponed so they wouldn't have to refund people their hard earned money. They continue to ignore our requests to speak with a human or offer an explanation for why we bought tickets in return for a service that never was and they refused to refund our money and continues to list the show as postponed. It's not postponed its canceled for good and therefore opens it up for a refund minus there inconvenience fee. Never use this fraud of a place because you will end up paying for literal nothing.
