I purchased tickets thru Stub Hub for James Taylor &;; Jackson Browne at the DTE Energy Music Theatre on Sunday, Aug 01 2021 in Clarkston, Michigan. I never received the email with a PIN that was needed to get access to their website to get the tickets to show at the venue for entry. I called their 800 number twice and spent over 1.5 hours on hold each time. I never got a call back from them- despite being told they would call back. I have since emailed asking that they refund my $300, since I and my three companions were refused entry to the show due to the lack of any kind of ticket. These were GA lawn seats. Their ticketing process is the pits. Their customer service and 800 number are even worse. I will NEVER use Big Stub ticketing again!! I wish I could give them 0 stars
