Bought 4 tickets for a hockey game and the seller was supposed to drop them off at will call. The tickets never arrived so the organization was kind enough to give us other tickets after the 1st period was over. We spent 2 hotel rooms for 2 night plus all the money in the restaurant, gas, etc for that trip and we missed the whole 1st period. Fanxchange reimbursed us our tickets and gave us a 100$ rebate on our next purchase. We spent over 1000$ to go and see that hockey game.
