I purchased (way over price) for watershed 2020, this was rescheduled to july 30 2021. I finally as of 7/16/2021 got email saying with proof of purchase and that my tickets will be shippped via standard mail on 7/26/2021 and be delivered 7/30! really? the event is 7/30/2021 and it's a few hours away I've sent 3 emails and have called numerous times. the phone is never answered just puts you on hold endlessly. The emails they send just standard "higher than usual etc etc. someone will get back to you in next 48/72 hours well apparently not.
