I’ve place an order for se F1 Miami Grand Prix, have said many times the story of the viagogo guaranteed, that they will either replace tickets on time or do the refund. I’m 6 hours away from the event. NO tickets still, and no refund. It’s impossible to talk to someone capable of taking a decision and a solution. This is only a call center, they get messages and “escalade” them. By now, I hate that word. i’ve heard it so many times, that I hate the word. DON’T BUY VIAGOGO! Complete Scam!
