This Business is Criminal!! I called on 5/29 to request a refund for a cancelled show, and was told my refund would be processed. After no refund was given, I called back several times(extremely hard to get through to a customer service rep). Both Janice(July 8th) and Carolyn(August 3rd) read me a script that an email was sent out on June 1st(after my May 29th call) and that I was supposed to reply within seven days to get my refund. I never saw an email regarding this, and my initial call for a refund predated their June 1st email. This business is a total scam!! I will be taking legal action against them - not for the money, but on principal. Read these hundreds of unhappy customers at the Better Business Bureau Reviews...
