Fradulent Practices in the eake of Covid-19

Vivid seats is now denying refunds to many thousands of customers stating their refund policy only allows for "credit" on future events...in the event your venue/event is cancelled. This "new" policy was NOT in effect when I purchased my tickets on 2/9/2020! They sneakily changed their cancellation policy as of about mid April 2020. They are refusing to issue refunds to those who purchased tickets before the contract change in April 2020! People don't realize that they are in fact owed a FULL REFUND if they bought tickets under the old policy/contract. Tgey do not have to accept "credit" towards a future event tgat us only good until Dec 28, 2020!! Do NOT tolerate this! File complaints with FTC, BBB and AG office. It is a simple process!! They should not be allowed to get away with this. Their "customer care" phone reps are rude and dismissive and hope that people will not push the issue and stand up for their rights under Vivid Seats OWN policy/contract prior to mid April 2020 ( when they covertly changed their longstanding 100% refund guarantee on cancelled events)!
