Do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase anything from Vivid Seats! Use any other ticket outlet, use a scalper, or skip the event. Vivid Seats is the worst to deal with if you have an issue. No customer service or customer care whatsoever. Only form letters or canned e-mail responses to any request. Purchased tickets to Andrea Bocelli at the Hollywood Bowl. Due to the pandemic, the entire 2020 Bowl season was cancelled. Unlike most other events scheduled for the Bowl, the Bocelli event was listed as “postponed” not cancelled. This event will not be at the Bowl this year. Vivid Seats is using the postponed loophole to deny my refund request. Vivid is holding over $1,000.00 of my money indefinitely pending a reschedule of this event – likely a year away at least. DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS.
