I ordered tickets from what i thought was the direct venue. Empire Tickets must pay for redirection to their website. I tried to return tickets because i can't use e-tickets. Customer service is useless. I'll be more careful when ordering tickets in the future. I would never recommend this website. They have an F in the BBB.
