In fall of 19 I purchased tickets to a hockey game for March 2020 date as a Christmas gift for my husband. Obviously the pandemic happened and a lot of events were postponed for months. I waited patiently to hear word that the event was getting rescheduled or officially canceled. It is now the end of May and I got an email from ticketmaster stating the game has been officially canceled. I reached out to vivid immediately to get the refund process started. I’m not interested in exchanging my tickets for any other events. I got these tickets months ago and just want a refund at this point. Emailing and chatting have proved useless. I keep getting generic responses stating that the game hasn’t been canceled only postponed. I’ve now been on hold on their customer service line for a ridiculous amount of time. I will not be a returning customer.
