Very unhappy. Our concert was rescheduled due to Covid 19 and we are away on the newly scheduled date. We were told our only option is to resell the tickets if we can’t attend on the new date. Given the current scare, who is going to want to buy tickets to a crowded venue, so we probably won’t recoup much if any money. Some ticket sites offer refunds when there is a reschedule so we will certainly make sure we take our business elsewhere in the future.
