SeatGeek is a TERRIBLE service. I do not recommend using this service. First off they broker all tickets and almost every ticket has to transfer from the owner outside of SeatGeek. SeatGeek provides no assurance or commitment to this process. Second, they don't have a customer support system that responds to issues. It is impossible to get customer service when there is a service interruption (like not receiving transfer tickets). Third, in the cases where you actually do get an external transfer notice, they typically come within about 48 hours before the event. If for any reason you need to sell your tickets this process severely limits your ability to get your tickets sold. At the beginning of the College football season, I bought about $3000 dollars of tickets via SeatGeek. To date, I have lost over $1000 dollars due to SeatGeek's terrible service. I repeat do not use SeatGeek.
