My concert was cancelled due to the recent pandemic outbreak. I submitted all proper documentation to receive a full refund for the tickets that I purchased, within the proper timeframe. After a few weeks went by, I NEVER received my refund. I called and the customer service representative told me that I am “out of luck” and he “can’t do anything about it”. I did everything correct on my part to receive my refund, it was a company mistake, and they still won’t give me my money!!!!! I have purchased many, many tickets in the past from this company, but I can honestly say that I will NEVER purchase from them again. I would rather pay extra money for a ticket that is from a reliable company, then from some scam artists! VIVID SEATS IS A SCAM!!!!
