I bought a ticket for a figure skating show in Canada for my wife. I placed the order over a month in advance. I was told that the e ticket would be released 5 days prior to the event. I called and emailed every day up to the day of the event. I was reassured that it would be sent. They even went so far as to tell me that if it was sent the day of the event, I should print it out at my hotel. Well, after booking international flight and hotel I still didn't get the ticket. A few hours before the event I called again and they said there was no ticket available. They then refunded me my ticket price. Meanwhile I was on the hook for flight and hotel despite no ticket to the event. Lousy company.
