Save your money! Very poor experience. There was a typo with my email with the ticket order and I tried every form of communication with vividseats customer service (email, phone, chat function) multiple times each and over many days to correct this and received absolutely zero response from them and had to but two MORE tickets for the event. When I tried to get a refund only able to get a response from them through the BBB, they lied and said they responded but they did not, not once. No attempt to correct the situation. They DO NOT honor their “100% guarantee”. Do not trust this company with your money!!!
