I purchased Eagles tickets for my husband for his birthday for a concert in March of 2020. Fast forward to September 2021 and a vaccine is required to enter the venue. I contacted Vivid Seats and was treated very poorly. Basically was told this was my problem. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was argued with for about 10 minutes stating it was impossible to transfer my phone call. I was then put on hold and the same person picked up the phone and pretended to be a supervisor. They pretended to not be able to hear me and then disconnected the phone call. This after waiting on hold for one hour and forty five minutes for what they call customer service. I will never again use this company.
