Scam Alert. I bought the wrong date for my Predators tickets and this has been a nightmare. I’m still trying to transfer these tickets over after losing $150! I will NEVER use Vivid Seats again and I will tell everyone not to use them. I’m also looking to report them to consumer groups. My complaints laid out: 1) There is NO return policy or waiting period. As soon as you hit that button, you are committed. 2) The only way to get ahold of a person is if you buy tickets. And if you get ahold of a person, they will transfer you to their automated system on a loop. 3) You have to wait weeks for delivery even though they take your money from your account IMMEDIATELY. 4) When you actually sell the tickets, you can’t transfer them. Basically I have tickets I don’t want and tried to sell for a loss in my account.
