Ordered tix to a Boston Bruins game, got the verification email in which Inwas supposed to click on the “Accept Tickets” button. I clicked on the button and was taken to a Facebook page for TD Garden, several calls to “customer service” yielded me new emails taking me to the same link. No tix just a lame Facebook page. Likewise, on the StubHub website the “My Tickets” page gave me a “Hmm, something seems wrong, try again” Message when I tried to retrieve my tix. I called customer service several times and was given a runaround until I got someone to offer me a refund in “9-10 business days.” Didn’t get the refund called again on the 10th day and they said I had been given “credit.” I freaked out and said I didn’t want credit because I had no intention of ever using StubHub again. They actually did refund my money, but they are a very slippery and shaky operation. Stay away.
