We purchased tickets to a college football game and when we arrived at the stadium, we were told they cannot accept the tickets, and would not let us enter. After speaking with the college athletics department, they stated they are not partnered with VividSeats and the tickets could have been duplicates. I contacted VividSeats and they would not hear my complaint or let me talk to a supervisor. They stated all sales are final and that is it. At this point all I can do is contact my credit card company and Better Business Bureau because they charged me for invalid tickets and they refuse to help me resolve this issue. Very poor service. In the future, I will only use StubHub.
