I went on to the Vivid Seats website and searched for seats to an event. I selected the seats I want and went through the purchase process. When I clicked the purchase button, I received a message stating that someone had purchased my tickets - there was no confirmation page or anything - it just kicked me back to the spot where I could choose other seats. I then went to another ticketing site and purchased tickets. THEN I get an email from Vivid Seats congratulating me on my purchase... and they had charged my credit card. I contacted Vivid Seats through their online chat and also spoke to a manager via voice and they refused to cancel the order. THEIR website messed up... and now I am stuck with the tickets. It's a scam.
