THEFT BY DECEPTION? You Decide: VividSeats holds zero obligation to it's customers! I have tried SEVERAL times, for nearly a year, to receive a refund for an event that never took place! I get scripted responses and still no refund! The event has been postponed indefinitely, but according to VividSeats, since the venue has not actually "cancelled" the event, they are not obligated to make a refund--ever! Further, they refuse to contact any venue to resolve any issue! They claim they are entitled to keep customers' money indefinitely! No matter how many times I begged for a refund, or even another event, in order to actually get something for my money, VividSeats has refused to offer any solution whatsoever. They STILL have nearly $300 of MY money, with NO intention of EVER delivering what I bought! PLEASE, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! PLEASE, DO NOT USE VIVIDSEATS!!!
