I bought tickets the day of a concert to get to the venue for my tickets to be invalid. It has to happen offend for the venue to not even be surprised. When I called customer service I was on hold for over 20minutes with not outcome. I’m never got to see the show nor got my money back. I was told I have to wait up to 48 hours for a form to my email to start the investigation process. What is there to investigate if I’m not see the show that I paid for. I’m sitting outside the venue while I’m speaking with the customer service agent. Don’t buy from them it’s a scam.
