I WOULD ADVISE DO NOT USE Vivid Seats. The St. Louis Cardinals game scheduled for 4/4 we purchased tickets for, was canceled due to Covid19. I called as soon as I saw that the game was “postponed” they said it had to be officially cancelled before they could give a refund. They sent me an email on 5/4 saying I had 7 days to contact them for a refund. Being a front line worker, I missed the email by 4-5 days. They are refusing to refund the $513 we paid. Yet, they are refunding for an even that was cancelled for August 8th.
