Hope You Don't Need Customer Service

VividSeats must make too much money -- Because, judging by their reviews, they obviously do not care what their customers think of them. They have absolutely no customer service. They can care less how long it takes to pay you as a seller. You can't call anybody. Their CS lines direct you to a recording, the recording gives an email address which no one ever answers. If you have no problems, VividSeats works fine. If you need assistance or they owe you money... Shame on you - You did something wrong and they could care less. Their system is set up to do everything they can to avoid helping. Tip -- Call and push prompts like you are buying something. If you are buying something, they answer the phone. Then you can ask for help. But if you follow the prompts to take you to customer service, they will not respond. They truly want you to help yourself on the internet with no personal interaction, even if you need help. Their idea of 'helping' is an endless loop of FAQs and answers... just hoping one of them pertains to you. I had to contact the BBB in order to get any real action. I did not get paid until I did that, then they blamed me for their bad service. No apology. No accepting of any responsibility. Their response to the BBB was it was all my fault and they did everything perfect. It's like teenagers run this thing.
