I have ordered many event tickets from Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats and numerous other ticket sites and have mostly always had a good experience, outside the outrageous fees. This last experience was not so. I ordered tickets (quite expensive to me) for an event that was "postponed", last minute. The "postponed" date has not been determined, but is estimated to be 12- 18 months in the future. The artist, local news media, and all published info says "refunds are offered at the original purchase" location. My original purchase location was Vivid Seats, so no worries, right? WRONG! Vivid Seats states "Read the fine print" No refunds on rescheduled events (that has not been rescheduled yet). They should not promote a 100% refund guarantee without very specific notice around this. I get it, if it were not for the fact that the artist says "Full refunds will be granted". Very misleading and will change my approach going forward.
