I purchased tickets from Vivid and my venue cancelled due to Covid. I understand that. They say that you are backed by their gaurantee if a venue is cancelled by artist for a full refund. 8+ weeks later and after SEVERAL inquiries about a refund (I made over 8 inquiries), they said I didn't respond to their counter offer to receive a credit vs refund. Again, I asked them MULTIPLE times about when I would receive my refund over an eight week period via email and chat. SO much for their 100% money back guarantee if the artist cancels. They keep you chasing your tail and do a bait a switch. Do not believe their money back guarantee in writing. They will keep your money and find away to not refund you. I asked about excalating multiple times and they won't respond. BAD BUSINESS and BAD TACTICS!
