Vivid canceled my tickets, and refused to refund my money, instead saying I had a credit I could use with them. I bought tickets to a Mariners game, I’m assuming due to Covid they had to cancel the tickets. No problem I understand, however they claim that they sent me an email telling me that I had to request a refund within a short period of time if I wanted my money back, since apparently I didn’t see this email and didn’t know I had to do that they will not refund my money. They say it’s sitting in a vivid account and I can use it to buy tickets to something else. I have no need for tickets to something else, I just need a refund for what they canceled. This makes no sense, they canceled my tickets so they should give me a refund to say that I had a short window where I had to actually request the refund because they cancel the tickets is ridiculous, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will update based on what they end up doing. However in the meantime I would encourage anyone not to go through them to buy tickets as they will not refund your money
