About 10 minutes after I placed my order, I received a phone call from their customer support saying that they had already sold the tickets I just purchased. They apologized and told me that it is very rare for something like this to happen. Just as I was about to ask what I should do, they offered me better tickets at no extra charge. I agreed and they actually upgraded my shipping to over night as well.
