I am in the U.S. and purchased tickets for a concert. They emailed me the tickets and I was turned away at the event after they tried scanning the barcode. The barcode was NOT valid and they even tried scanning from my telephone and still did not work. The attendant asked where I purchased the tickets and when I told her Viagogo she said, oh no, do not purchase from them as the tickets normally will NOT be valid tickets. To make matters worse Viagogo NEVER issued a refund. I called several times and each time was told they would "escalate my claim to the correct department" and get back with me within 48 hours. No response was ever received from Viagogo and no refund was ever issued. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Warning everyone not to purchase from this site!!
