We purchased tickets to an event that got rescheduled due to covid. The event got rescheduled for 6 months from the original date. We won’t be in the state during new date. We immediately contacted vivid reminding them of their so called satisfaction guarantee . After being hung up by customer service multiple times , being cussed out by the customer chat, emailing at least 40 emails to customer service & contacted owner of company directly Stan chia, they are still not willing to give a refund . It is illegal & they are commuting theft by with holding my funds . I have contacted bbb, state attorney, FTC, & plan on pressing criminal charges for theft and joining the lawsuit of customers who had their funds stolen. I joined al of the fb groups. There are may btw for people who got their money taken during covid. Awful company . Do not do business with them !!!
