I purchased tickets before the Covid incident waited for the concert to be rescheduled twice it was going to be for my son’s birthday he always wanted to see upchurch we purchased tickets waited till they rescheduled and now vivid seats has canceled our tickets on their own the concert is really not canceled so they tried to credit me my $229.88So I emailed them and said I wanted a cash refund well I don’t have the card anymore that’s on file someone tried to hack my bank account so I had to change my bank card number so they said they were going to make a cash refund to the card that I had on file ignoring the fact that I didn’t have the card anymore I keep emailing and calling and bugging the shit out of them but it seems to do no good please don’t buy tickets from these people because you’re just giving them money for nothing I would love to have my money back because I owe the IRS for my taxes
