spoke with 3 represenatives to help get my tickets on my phone. I never received transfer email. One of the worst 4 hours with them sending me to MLb> Ticketmaster and were not able to resolve my issue. Total incompetence even from supervisors... Save the time and trouble. Ill never use them again
