I ordered 2 concert tickets at the Pacific Ampitheatre. The tickets were $229. Online I could not see the seat numbers only a section and row. When I received the tickets in the mail today, but they said “limited view”. Nowhere in the email communications or website did I see “limited view”. I wrote and asked for refund and they said no. They said “the notes are listed on the right side of the ticket listing and you must hover over or click the note to read what it says”. This is deceptive. First of all, I didn’t see anything to hover over and I looked all over the screen for seat numbers and couldn’t find anything. The tickets themselves clearly say “limited view” but they couldn’t make it clear before I purchased. The need to hoover or click on something shows they are trying to hide it. I hope your rating reflects this poor and deceptive practice.
