Paid $307 to take my out-of-state brother to Opening Day at the Texas Ranger's new stadium.. Bought seats an hour before game time then tried for two hours to get tickets to download. We gave up in the 4th inning, standing outside the gate. Made two trips to the Ranger box office. I showed them confirmation of my purchase but they noted it did not show the seat numbers, just the section and row. Furthermore they said all the seats in that section were filled. . Vivid was unavailable when I called "due to high caller volume". When I called later, for a refund, they refused.
